These balloons are pre-filled with confetti - just inflate and enjoy! Each box contains 6 clear 11 inch balloons pre-filled with confetti. Made with the highest quality latex balloons and a custom confetti blend, both made in the USA and assembled in Brooklyn.

*Tip:  Use regular air to get the confetti to stick to the sides of the balloon (as shown) or use helium to let it pool at the bottom and move with the balloon. Looks cute both ways!
